Description
this was a plate i designed in 2006 (i am originally an industrial designer). i took the picture back then in an abandoned warehouse, since i wasn't just shooting small objects. i kinda like the results.

The materials are very nice... specialy the plate's texture.
Can i ask what's with that red(orange) spot on the plate? i would guess it's from the design.

the color of the glass in particular is quite delightful. the thing that hits me here first though, is that because the texture on the background and the one on the plate are both so detailed and rich, together they make the photo look too busy and one can neither fully appreciate the texture of the floor or the one of the plate. I'd suggest trying a clean white background for the plate for another shot!
